Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in its original sealed packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include proof of purchase

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been unsealed.

This means:

  • Products may only be returned within 14 days if they remain sealed and unopened.

  • Once opened or unsealed, personal care products are non-returnable.

Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.

Failure to report an issue within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Unsealed hygiene products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used hygiene products

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions
